Website terms
These terms govern use of the Internet of Things Consulting (“IOFT Consulting,” “IOFT,” “we,” or “us”) website and its optional inquiry-related SMS program. Use the website only for lawful purposes. If you do not agree to these website terms, discontinue use. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Inquiries and professional services
This website provides general information about our business technology services. An inquiry, call, form submission, or response is not a quotation, service guarantee, or binding agreement to perform work. Scope, pricing, deliverables, schedules, responsibilities, and service levels must be agreed separately in writing. A signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website terms for the services it covers.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate someone else, interfere with the site, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the inquiry form for spam. We may restrict misuse to protect the website and other users.
SMS terms
Program: IOFT Consulting inquiry and service communications. When you separately opt in, we may text you about your inquiry and related follow-up or assistance within the purpose you agreed to. This consent does not enroll you in unrelated promotional campaigns.
Eligibility and consent: You must be at least 18 and be the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase goods or services. Submitting a phone number without choosing SMS consent does not enroll you. Texts may be delivered using automated technology.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about charges or supported service.
Stop messages: Reply STOP to the number that messaged you to cancel. Standard opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are also supported. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new explicit opt-in or use a supported resubscription instruction provided by the messaging service. Tell us if you change or relinquish your number.

Delivery: Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or are not delivered. Do not use this messaging program for emergencies.

Email and phone communications
When you request contact, we may respond by the email or phone channel you provide, subject to applicable law and your preferences. You may ask us to change your preferred channel. Commercial emails will provide an unsubscribe method where required. Service-related or legally required messages may be handled differently under applicable law.
Content and third-party services
IOFT branding and website content belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may view the site and use its information to evaluate our services; other uses require permission unless permitted by law. Links and embedded services are provided for convenience. Their operators have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their independent services.
